added feature Rating on articles php script

I’m looking for a skilled programmer to create an added feature for a PHP script. The feature should allow users to rate articles on the website. Since the existing script is written in PHP, the feature should be built and integrated using the same language. The scope of the feature should solely be limited to allowing users to rate articles,

the 1-5 star rating for articles by a fellow with Under the articles by user-group that I give them access, with the possibility of sorting articles according to the evaluation
