Add Translation Option in (Angular.js/Node.js) Application

We have an App and its already having Spanish and English translation options, we need to customize it.
e.g=>

Country – USA – ALL STATES- base Language – US-EN OTHER LANGUAGES – NONE
Country – INDIA – DELHI base Language – IND-EN – OTHER LANGUAGES – HINDI, TAMIL etc..
