Add menu and player to EPG TV Guide Web Site

I have a TV / EPG guide for my media web site. This was made years back in python and php. This tv guide has a scraping feature to get show times and dates from various web sites for the tv channels. This TV Guide shows channel numbers and names of TV Channel Networks. It also shows times and dates of TV Shows. The TV Guide will show what is playing on each tv channel every day according to time. The TV Guide also gives show times.

The tv guide is made in php and python. The app scrapes other web sites for to get Dates, Times and Show Info for the TV Channels / Videos.

1. I want you to make a box or popup box that allow users to watch the tv network channel or video.
2. I want the TV Channels clickable. I want the user to be able to click a tv channel. I want the tv channel to play in the box or pop up box.
3. User must be able to close box and go back to tv guide, or the user must be able to switch between channels in the tv box using the tv guide.
4. I want a menu in the app. So links can be added. My goal is to expand the app eventually. I want to be able to add future pages or dialog to the tv guide app when links are clicked on the tv guide menu.
5. I want to also allow the tv guide to show dates, times and info of each show playing on each channel. Maybe you can create me a text file that data can be added for each channel. Then the TV Guide can show info from the text file.

My goal with this project is to add new features / functionality. I want a player (iframe) added to the TV GUIDE APP. I want users to click a channel and be able to watch the channel in the TV Guide app. I want users to click a tv channel and show a black screen with iframe to let user watch the embed channel.

Also my goal is to add menu to the TV guide to allow users to watch on-demand content.

The end goal is for my site to look similar to pluto or other sites using a TV Guide and player and menu on their web site.

I am non-profit, so my budget is low. I want someone with javascript and php and python experience and willing to help for low budget.
