Add Membership Module with online payment to a WordPress site

We have a Alumni Association Website built in WordPress. Need to add a Membership Module.
Task includes, Transferring existing data, New Registration, Search with multiple criteria, maintenance, training two or three resources data can be edited at admin level. If you can handle this, please respond with your fee and timeline. Here is the old site – similar set up to sync with new site format:
