add ACF to Theme files & AJAX

Hello I am looking for a freelancer who has a good knowledge of WordPress themes & maps & ACF.

I am using a theme called “Javo Home – Real Estate WordPress Theme by javothemes ” that based on “Lava real state manager plug-in”
which shows multi pins on GoogleMaps using AJAX.

Also , we use ACF “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin as a major source of all properties data.
The theme comes with a built-in search box (which filters data live on map by AJAX)

What we need is:
we need to insert the ACF fields into theme files. So we can add extra fields (that made/edit by ACF) and not loosing with any theme update next. (” adding a child theme with custom code”)
