Accounts Reconciliation

I need professional assistance with accounts reconciliation, we require an experienced person which accounting experience, good with QuickBooks to reconcile all received payments.

We will require weekly statements showing the the balance on clients accounts showing the amount outstanding.

This is a weekly job on a continuous basis

multiple accounts within a particular timeframe. The data to be reconciled is invoices, bank statements, and payroll records.

I am looking for an experienced accountant who has handled such a task before. Attention to detail, as well as accuracy and speed are of utmost importance when it comes to this job.

The successful candidate will have experience of reconciliation, and must be able to use all necessary tools to ensure the process is conducted thorough and secure. He or she must be able to keep accurate records of their work, as this job will require a high level of precision and attention to detail.
