Account & Relationship Manager
Managing a portfolio of 150+ retail customers in your territory of North – West Melbourne, encompassing Northern Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Geelong & Bacchus Marsh, you will have b2b experience and have a passion for building lasting and profitable relationships with your customers.
You will have your own distinct territory and can out your personal touch on how you develop our customer base. You will be supported with a Business Development Manager who will find new accounts to assist you in building your territory. This role is purely about Account Management – servicing strongly and growing an existing customer base and always being a provider of commercial solutions in problem situations.
You are organised, hard working, enthusiastic and have a positive can do attitude. Your customers can rely on your and the company can rely on your ability to build relationships with your customers in ways the company is capable of delivering. You align with the company distribution / delivery team and accounts team to bring a unified approach to each and every customer, building the base for a lasting business relationship with our customers.
