Abaqus Vumat subroutine

I have project based on the ductile Damage Criterion”. and i decided to use Lemaitre criteria for this simulation, to reach this goal I need to use VUMAT subroutine.
Required:
– write the subroutine using the equations in the file.
– Run it in Abaqus and verify the results with the published paper results.
-prepare tutorial Videos and explain the Abaqus modeling and the subroutine line by line.
