9-1-1 Online Hiring Exam from hardcopy

I have a hardcopy exam to hire 9-1-1 Operators that I sell. It is 5 parts that I want to turn into an online exam. I will hire a company willing to complete Part 1 for a milestone of $250 first – before proceeding with the full payment of $1500USD for all parts. The work is done hardcopy, it just needs to be turned into a web version or game version. Please review the attached full test and select one of the the five you wish to create for the Milstone $250.
