$50 Project for Professional coder in PHP language

This project is about to make connection to Hosting Server and make the data display on the web page.
Plus sending to emails to the user that the email address is stored in Database Table.
PLEASE NOTE
The Total budget for this Project is $50 Canadian Dollars only plus $10 bonus for quick delivery of the file.
If you are good with PHP and MySQL programming you can send me your proposal bid.
Please Note that I will not create $50 Dollars milestone from the beginning,
Maximum I will create is $10 initial milestone To you start the project, I will create additional $40 Dollars milestone only if you will deliver to me the working file on My Hosting Server.
I will not accept any video or screen shots From your local Server only If I will upload the file to My Hosting Server and test if the file will work properly I will create the additional $40 milestone for you.
I can send you the existing File that is not working on my Hosting Server and a word documents that will explain exactly the Task That will have to be done to the file, The SQL Format of the Database Tables will be provided as well
