we give you API and sand box and the document we need signed
Simple by EACH user who register -Admin area can control it On/OFF so can bypass electronic signing of agreement during reg
But you need to add that with our assustance and update user settings profile with doc signed if signing was enable by admin inlcuding view of the signed document

Task #3. Add partners area simpe signup and tracking of user they bring to CMS who sign up via link with code and a cookike and they can see their deals
