$4/hr Dev. 4+ on PHP and JS – Long-term

I’m looking for a dev. who are experienced with PHP for more than 4 years who have a good understanding of what the site linktr. ee does. You’re likely to be hired to build a site like that. If you explain how will you built it in your bid I’ll talk to you.

Summary:
Dev. Skills: Full-stack
4yrs+ PHP developer
Experienced with: Codeigniter, Laravel, WordPress, API between websites(such as user accounts sync)

Auxiliary Skills:
You are natural to write reports and record your task completion progress using Google doc.
You are honest to research and better your coding to eliminate bugs and enhance performance without asking.

Personality:
You are a problem solver. A self-starter.
You are open-minded, happy to share new information and ideas that can benefit the project you’re working on.
You’re a self-starter and a self-motivator that you can manage yourself to meet deadlines and goals without supervision.
– if you have a meeting with your boss on the same day next week, you check off your task list even the boss doesn’t contact you in between.
You are naturally honest with your boss that when you failed to deliver your work, you don’t say your hit by a car or your cousin went to the hospital.

Note:
1. any rate above $4/hr will be ignored, I won’t look at your profiles, so no need to waste your bid.
2. You will need a minimum of 20-40hr/week time to work. Your first week will be given only a starter task which may be less than 15hrs to see you in everything (how you communicate, do you deliver on time, how fast you work etc,.)
3. As you demonstrate your competency more works will be assigned more hours will be added, NDA may be needed to work for the long term.
