3D News Room Set

We need a 3D artist to take our rough design and turn it into a realistic space that will be used on a green screen. A custom desk is being built that we will be sitting at. This design will be used in the surrounding space and must look as if we are in a room.

Ideally we would like to work with an artist that is very experienced in 3D motion art as we have a vision as to how we want an intro into this space could look along with accompanying assets that will be treated as other projects.
Being able to video call with the artist throughout in addition to my detailed written feedback is preferred. We are on a tight timeline and proper communication is very important.
