3D modeling (video)for an empty simple flat

i need 3D modeling for an empty simple flat

all you need will be attached

what you need to do is :
1-taking the dimensions from autocad file(only one flat)
2- build it on sketch up
3- then rendering it on Lumion
then do a cool video to show the flat

a sample video of what i’m expecting will be added as well
i would to have all the files you’ve worked on as well
and if you have any recommendation i would be happy to hear from experts
