3d Floor layout plan with elevation of Residential Hotel

We need a designer to concept & make floor layout plan of our upcoming residential hotel project.

It will be 4 storied building
Ground floor: Reception desk, 40 guest capacity restaurant, kitchen
First floor: front side 4 nos double bed guest room with balcony & back side will be 6 single bed guest room (all room with bathroom, small cabinet, tv, bed, 2 bed side table)
Second floor: same as first floor
Third floor: 100 seat capacity conference room, 2 toilet
Roof: bbq area, small garden & swimming pool with changing room

3d hotel layout
3d room layout
3d floor layout (each floor separately)
3d elevation

3d floor layout design (with dimensions) file in pdf format and auto cad file
3d elevation file in DWG format

Area of land: As per drawing requirements
