2d animation

I am looking for someone to create a 2D animation with a cartoon style. This animation should be around 90 seconds long and delivered as a video. I am looking for someone who can create quality animations while keeping the cost within my budget. The experience of the freelancer in 2D animation is necessary for this project. This animation should be entertaining, creative and properly paced for the given duration. Experience with motion graphics is also preferred. I am looking forward to your pitch.
