24/7 website monitoring and technical support

I want to hire a website technical support team on an ongoing, monthly basis to be available for 24/7 website monitoring.

This team will need to be available to quickly fix technical issues that arise on the website [available for contact via Freelancer messenger] as well as to answer any questions along the way that we have about technical errors/issues that are happening with the website.

You will need to be an expert at: Shopify [our website runs through Shopify], 3rd party Shopify apps [we use 2 3rd party apps to run our website], as well as Stripe.com [our payment processor for member payments].

Again, this will be an ongoing project and we will pay monthly for this support.
