Build cross-platform ordering app for restaurant

Looking for someone to build a mobile app that would be specific to a restaurant but code can be reused to serve other restaurants. the apps main functionality would be for a customer to be able to place a pick up or delivery order, the app would keep the customer informed of status of the order. all items in app should be configurable.
