Write a algo code to be used in Zerodha

I want a python program which scans real time stock values and executes predefined rules. This code has to be executable on famous brokerage services like Zerodha and others . You have to set up, execute live in brokerage account ..
Also have to backrest in past 2 year of NSE data and show performance reports .
