pop up food/beer market

We are a cycle manufacturer that have extra space on our property that we want to use to create a small pop up market for craft beer, coffee, pizza etc. We are located on main street in a rural town in the old bank building. Our goal is to be a focal point of the town, using cycling to help revitalize the area.
