Fixing and tidying up Minecraft server

Hey Freelancers!
So I am a TikToker and run a minecraft server with a decent player count – around 50-70 players at peak times, however recently myself and my other developer have been working rather hard and are getting worn out.

So we need another developer to come in and assist us, clean up plugins and iron out issues and get the server running smoothly at its fullest potential.
