Salesforce Project to turn on/off all Automation

I need someone to build a Lightning component with a button (Toggle button), when they enable/disable It should list out all the Salesforce Trigger, Validation rule, Process builder, Workflow from the ORG and we should be able to Turn it off and On (individually or all at one go) the Code should work in any salesforce ORG.

This already been achieved by few third-party apps, salesforce and also on the Salesforce ToolKit ( (https://sfswitch.herokuapp.com/))

1. The code should work on any salesforce platform easily!
2. well documented
3. meets the Salesforce best practice
4. should not have any SOQL error also.
