I need a video editing professional to help us make our podcast Zoom videos look more professional

Our project is called “What’s the Difference Podcast” and it’s all about telling our stories living with invisible disabilities (physical/mental health/etc …). We aim to educate the public through stories about our lives, encourage others to advocate for themselves and eventually bring about changes to public policy. However, we are having a slow start and despite being hot right out of the gate when we premiered one year ago, we are now tanking. We had slightly more plays through our audio hosting, but only 23 YouTube views on our last episode. We need to up these numbers quite a bit as we eventually would like to get sponsorship.

We can afford to pay $75 to $100 CAD per episode at this point.
