Coder for Automated Video Creation

I am looking for a program that can automate Youtube Video Creation for TOP 10 Videos.

Lets say I have a folder with all the animation videos. A Folder with all mp3 of the voice recordings numbered and a folder with all the images.

It should fit the mp3 to the video and fill the empty spaces with the images provided. They should zoom in or out.

Lets say for number 7 I provide a 1 minute mp3 and 2 images. The program should then add the mp3 to the number animation. Lets say its 10 seconds. So we have 50 seconds left where the first image should zoom for half of the time and the other half the second image.

After this the video of the animation of the number 6 and repeat.

The Program should be able to put a video like this together with given videos, images and mp3.
It should also add music in the background.
