Audio streaming interface

I have an WordPress plugin developed by me which have multiple admin features to read and write with a music radio automation software.

I need a designer + developer, it could be a team, no worries. I need a web design, working on pc (WordPress website based) and smartphone too. I’m thinking about good to use angular or vue.js.

This web design, have to communicate with wp via Ajax requests to get infos like: track info, album art, if there’s some live video shows a button, the streaming have has to be shoutcast and wowza compatible, show last x played, like/dislike a song, if wowza’s available scroll in time (I know a great google timeline that could be use here).

This “visual interface”, to play radio’s streaming, has to be a floating bar, because wp will load the website when users change page, via Ajax, to avoid stop the streaming. So, when the listener clicks the website, has to run always just once all this process. I believe this idea could be done with some new web developing technologies that I don’t studied.

On pc a floating bar. On mobile, a floating bar too – expandable window like what happens on spot*coff, coff*ify.

This “playing interface”, please have to be compatible with wp(main window) buttons, to stop streaming and play a podcast.

I’m all eyes to read your best solutions to this project.
