Top 40 Radio Script & Requests

I am using a cloud broadcasting company for internet radio station. Right now I am having to use a wordpress plugin to allow voting on songs and the built in request feature on the platform. However our weekly top 40 is comprised of most votes plus most requests. I would love to have a script that incorporated all those options that I can embed on my website based on a folder of music and the script just tracked those things. We use Sam Cloud as our host.
