Create an email newsletter

Our organization is a labor union with approximately 400 members. We are looking to create a basic quarterly email newsletter of approximately 3-5 pages. We will provide logos and other graphics for its initial design. The newsletter needs to be in a format where information can easily be plugged in. We can provide sample newsletters from other sister organizations. The goal is to provide the data and information to the newsletter creator every quarter for arrangement.
