Finish website (object oriented programming)

My website is finished by about 60-70% complete. I will not start over again, just searching for somebody who can finish this existing project.

It is not a cms! It is a proprietary development of the provider, because the whole thing is a purchased script that has been adapted. The script includes website, Android app and IOS app with backend of course, but I just want to get the website ready for now. Quote from the script seller: ‘I do not use framework! This engine is an independent development. Script is written using object oriented programming.’.

Only interested in offers which display realistic time frames and pices. Anything below 30 days delivery is unrealistic and I will delete immediately.
