Circuit Schematic and BOM Validation

I have four relatively complex circuits (100 to 200 components each) drawn up as schematics. I need a skilled electronical engineer to carefully review these documents for accuracy and completeness. There is no actual design work needed, just validation of existing designs.

Additionally, once the schematics pass inspection, I’d like validation of the bill of material (BOM). Ultimately, I’m looking for assurance that my designs will function as expected once fabricated. Milestones will be generated according to the following schema:

Milestone 1: (Small): Delivery of Schematic Feedback
Milestone 2: (Small): Delivery of BOM Feedback
Milestone 3: (Large): Successful Fabrication and Test

Please note that this project is largely pay-for-performance. The bulk of the payment is deliverable (and contingent) upon successful fabrication and test of the PCBs.
