Email Clock Timer

I have a email template which will be fisnished tommorow. I want an email timer placed on the email trynig tho get the client to conplete a transaction. I also need a pay now button put on the email from paypal mbway and multibanco which are the payment systems we use

The design of the clock has to be designed with our website concept in mind
