discuss options setup a online plex media service

i am looking for a plex media expert. this inital to discuss options of a compete online service ,
i am looking for best options to setup plex on a remote storage , but with options to expand as it grows there will be at least 2-3 tb of media and a large streaming audiance so would need to be reliable and stable.
