Building / Installing LMS (Learning Mangement System) plugin – Arabic Interface

Hi,

Need someone to build / install an LMS (Learning Managment System) on my website’s WordPress – Arabic Interface, the installed platform will have the English language, but the main language would be Arabic – Plugin / Theme to be RTL (Right to left).

I can support with translation if required.
