Ebay Rest API integration expert

Hello freelancer.
We are looking for freelancers who has experience in Ebay rest api.
I need to buy and pay for products using the Ebay REST API and storing the actions in an SQL DB table.

If further authentication information is required for the buying process, the authentication process has to be adapted accordingly.

The requested feature should work on multiple websites (the same content but different languages).
