Forms: W-7, 1040NR and 1120 with 5472 attached

Our client owns a single member LLC in Wyoming, US filled in August 2020. In 2020 they did not have any sales because EIN and Resale permit was not ready yet. That means, until now they have only loss (registrations, fees etc). They are running a retail business on Amazon US.

They want to apply for ITIN and fill their Taxes so I need someone who lives in the US to send our client the files. You are required to fill and apply to IRS:

•1120 with form 5472 attached.
