Need recommendation for certain program

We are searching for someone to endorse an innovative product, and have been using Instagram to try finding someone.

However, while some profiles enable the option to send a text message, many do not, and the direct messaging feature isn’t reliable.

Therefore, I want to find a program that does one (or both) of the following:

(1) finds phone numbers from Instagram profiles.
(2) enables me to search for “only” the profiles that feature the option of sending text messages.

I am willing to pay for a good suggestion.
