Build me a HTML5 website

I need someone to do the leg work of putting together a HTML5 based website for a Rural Wireless ISP startup. I have a templates in mind that has all the tools, but need someone to create and put the pages, media and SEO bits together for me.

I have the hosting covered etc.. just need someone to make it happen.
