Hi! I Need a Civil Engineer for a NEW single-family home in Desert Hot Springs, CA

Hi!

I am ready to build a house, and my building lot is VERY easy to work with: it’s graded (flat), solid rock and large (0.8 acres). I need the following:

Erosion Control Plan
Soil Report
Hydrology Report
PM10 Dust Mitigation Plan.

I think I need somebody licensed in California and local who can come examine the lot in Desert Hot Springs, CA and do the minimum.
