Connect Quickbooks Merchant Account to Registration Form

We have a website created in WordPress, and we need to add security feature to avoid spam (captcha) and connect our Quickbooks Merchant Account for Credit Card Processing.

I would also like every registration to be captured in our database and listed in custom admin panel so we can view all of our registrations.
