Customer Support Email Copywriting

Hey there!

We’re looking to hire an experienced phone & chat support agent. You’ll be our first outside employee and will help set the direction of our phone support operations, and have room to grow in your career.

This would be a remote, work-from-home position, anywhere in the US is fine, calls will start at 8AM EST, so bear that in mind for anyone applying in a different timezone.

It is required that you have a desktop or laptop computer in good working condition, and a reliable internet connection as we have a system that you will interface with to take down information and help support our customers.

Typing skills are important, a significant amount of the communication with customers is over text/chat/email.

We’re actually in the business of buying vehicles, so most callers are quite friendly and easy to deal with. There will be incentives for hitting your targets, and we are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and help us grow the business.
