i want a site , where chef/user upload some food which they made. ( reciepy , time )
other chef / user vote it
more highest voted user get seen his profile pic on homepage. with 2 runner up voters ( 3 chef 1s, 2nd and 3rd )
This will happen each day .
on home page , average rate of good chef come on second line of daily winners. ( 3 chef 1s, 2nd and 3rd )
which will be monthly average / yearly average.

so total 3 type of winners (with 2 runner ups ) come on homepage to show.
