ROTMG custom script

I need a AHK scrip that will spam the “R” for around 2 seconds whenever an area on my screen turns from red to gray. (When the HP bar turns from red to gray)

I guess it would be fairly easy but I lack the knowledge to do so. So I am asking for your help freelancers.
