Products categories 404 problems with WPML

I have a website using woocommerce and WCFM for marketplace, and WPML to translate the WCFM plugin in french. There was problems with the WCFM vendor payment gateway because of some config on WPML that a previous Freelancer fixed. But now, all my products categories, used in shop sidebar and menus, are giving 404 error… i guess its because of the changes in WPML, but can’t find the reason….
