> Payment Structure
Our payment structure is designed around the article’s difficulty level and writing performance.
The writer earns a flat fee per article (depends on difficulty level) and is entitled to a monthly bonus scheme based on performance.
Each article has a maximum word count (MWC) calculated by an algorithm.
The MWC dictates the following difficulty level of each article:
Simple 1500 to
Difficult = 2500 to 3200
The payout for each difficulty level is as follows:
Simple ($70)
Medium ($130)
Difficult ($200)
Writers who pass the probation period will be entitled to a bonus scheme which can further unlock up to $240.
You will know the details of the exact payment scheme when you passed the interview.
> Payout Calculation Example:
You completed 4 articles a month (all medium-difficulty) and gained the full monthly bonus.
Total Payout: 4 * $130 + $240 = $760
