Custom Linux Distro with 2 Applications installed

I need a custom lightweight linux distro with Wine and OpenVPN installed, of course with all the dependencies, I want a distro like DSL or TTY, no need to run out of the RAM. I will need to be able to run a vpn (thats why the openvpn installed), then run a Windows program through wine. More details message me.
