Hamptons styled 3D Home render

Create a lifelike 3D render of the attached project.

Requirements:
– 4 x external images. – Internal ones may be required pending quality – $$
– To work in with the images attached
– To incorporate the materials in the attachments
1) Weatherboards locations as per the sketchup model/images
2) Brick locations as per the sketchup model/images
3) Exposed aggregate concrete locations as per the sketchup model/images
4) Garage and Front door to be a light timber (no images provided)
5) All windows and doors to have a cement sheet styled stop/border around them – Refer to north elv for
clarity.

-Include some garden beds and plants to the front yard
-Include some Monument coloured colorbond fencing to the side and rear boundaries
-Include white Hampton styled picket gate/fencing from the front most corners of the house to the external fences to segregate the back yard.
-include a small weather board mail box with the number “43”

I have uploaded the Sketch up file, an old DWG and several images of how I would kind of like it to look.
