WP Multisite Post Plugin

I need to create a plugin which can allow me to publish posts and pages in two wordpress sites at once. i haven’t wordpress multisite network installed because the websites are already running. Here an example plugin to copy https://society30.com/society-3-0-multisite-post-plugin/
