flutter free-fall detection with Background mode

Milstone number 1:
POC of a flutter app simple view + modalview with free-fall detection.

– Android and iOS.
– Background mode for both platforms.
– Should works for mostly all Android/iOS devices(accelerometer).
– In case of free fall, display a text message or whatever with the current gps location or just print a console.
– keeping the app in the background, for both platforms.
– Powerless (considering battery consumption).
