Dynamic flow diagram

We are a software development company and are looking for an experienced GoJS developer to help us on a project to develop a dynamic flow diagram.
The resource should have in-depth experience with gojs and have a good understanding of the capability and limitation of the library. Initially We require advise and guidance in helping with the design and then to build the solution.
