I need a ios and android application for scooter sharing.

General Requirments ;
Must be team : You shouldn’t be a single developer.(Ui-Ux ,Front-end ,Back-end ),

Must be experiency : The Avarage should be 5+ year (React Native ,Swift, Java(android), Mmqt, Tcp/Udp, Gps, mongodb,firebase, REST Api , Local Bank Payment System integration)

Same Applications;(Bird, Revel)

Must Be Portfolio; Please attach your before projects minimum 5-10 mobile app project.

We developed custom Iot board, just need mobile application.
