Rpi connect ip camera to ethernet and internet via wifi

I’m looking for a way to connect an ip camera to a raspberry pi via wired ethernet. The rpi should be connected to the internet via wifi. The rpi has to be configured in a way that the ip camera obtains an ip address from the rpi. This ip will be used to connect to the camera. Images from this camera will be send using the elan internet. I’m using a rpi4 and I would like to receive a step by step guide.
